veggie sausage buns.

So my boyfriend and I made a new year’s resolution (normally i don’t do those, because I’ve always said that new year’s resolutions are dumb – but that’s probably because I know I can’t keep them anyway – but this time it was just different) ..the resolution is about us trying to live as pescetarians, because I’ve heard so many people talk about that they’ve got so much more energy from being vegans and not eating meat and everything – I just know that I could never be a vegan, because I know my body needs a lot of things from dairy products, eggs and fish, so we chose the pescetarian way. Although we decided to eat what’s served when we visit people for dinner and stuff, even if it’s meat, because we both think it’s kinda rude to not eat the food you’re served when you’re a guest at someone’s house and they invited you for dinner.. but at a restaurant it’s a different story – at a restaurant you are free to choose, and there it is not rude to pick a vegetarian or pescetarian meal for yourself.
Well we’re actually doing pretty good and the food we eat now is super healthy (especially compared to what we ate before).
Woah… actually all of this was not really what I wanted my post to be about – it was supposed to be about the veggie sausage buns (with no sausages in them.. because pescetarians don’t eat pork) we made the other day. We put things like red and green pesto, semi dried tomatoes, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, olives, mozeralla, sun dried tomatoes and feta in them.. and the next time we make them we’re gonna try to put spinach and asparagus in them as well. But seriously they were really good!… at least the ones that didn’t get burnt in the oven.

..still none of us know how the fuck they got burnt this much, ’cause the oven shut down when the buns were done and then after that we just left them in the oven on the afterheat – and. there. is. just. NO FUCKIG WAY they could’ve been burnt to ashes on afterheat for 30 minutes. Really!.. and the buns didn’t only get burnt, the kitchen was also covered in a thick fog of smoke and we could barely breathe in there – so we spent the rest of the night and all of yesterday with all the windows open… and it still smells so so bad in this apartment.
So today is going to be spend with open windows again – and now I’m gonna go to bed with “Narnia” on my tv.
